About

The goal of the Illinois Old School Summer AAU basketball program is to offer an opportunity for rising 8th graders through rising seniors to compete against the best talent not only in the Midwest, but also in the nation. We are firm believers that through skilled instruction, structured practices, and competitive tournament play our basketball players will better prepare themselves not only for their upcoming school season, but also get an experience very similar to that of a college program.

In our 3rd year of AAU basketball, Illinois Old School has already sent players to Division I, Division II, and Division III basketball programs. Our players receive extraordinary exposure through playing in regional basketball tournaments in the months of March, April, and May and playing in multiple national tournaments in the month of July.

Illinois Old School only runs one team per age level, therefore allowing us to focus all of our attention on the players on each team. This allows us to better develop our players and to help them meet their short-term and long-term goals. We believe that by developing high character, well-rounded individuals our players will be ready to step in and immediately contribute at any program at all levels!
